The objective of this course is to teach:
Which specific challenges and issues negotiators are facing when working on international projects?
How to prepare efficiently for a negotiation and take into consideration cultural differences?
How to drive and close an international negotiation?
Evaluation will be based on the following criteria:
Attendance & Participation during the class (20%)
Implication and performance during negotiation exercises (60%)
Answers to questions during exercises debriefing (20%)
