Regardless of the hierarchy position, starting a new position is probably the most critical period.
Studies reveal that most transition failures have their root within the first three month, hence the importance to focus with appropriate support on this so delicate period.
The objective of course is to allow participants to think about their ambitions, measure the risk, evaluate their points of “hyper-weaknesses”(© N.Lemoine), elaborate their learning and action plan, identify blocking situations and ultimately accelerate their insertion in the organization.
